Queerity is a meeting place for sober LGBTQIA+ individuals. The App provides a platform for users to connect, communicate, and build community in a safe and supportive environment focused on sobriety.

Refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it through the in-app reporting feature. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times without interruption. We are not liable for any service interruptions or technical issues.
We are not responsible for the conduct of users on the App. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Please exercise caution and use good judgment when meeting people online.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUEERITY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Queerity and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
